Systems Administrator
Overview The Systems Administrator is primarily responsible for troubleshooting and resolving incidents and requests assigned to the Infrastructure Operations work queue. In addition, this position is responsible for effective installation, configuration administration, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and services ensuring they are operating to expected standards, best practice and performance levels. Some of the core technologies you will be working with include Azure Backups and Recovery, Azure App Services, Azure Storage, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft 365 products, and SQL. Occasional support of legacy VMware infrastructure may be required until migration is complete. Other key responsibilities of this position include provisioning of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS configuring, and securing infrastructure, performing compliance tasks as directed by auditors, and interfacing with other internal IT teams to ensure incident tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
