Description
A 12+ month Agile Coach/Release Train Engineer is needed to work across multiple projects, teams, and locations, including onshore, offshore, and onsite environments. * Must have experience coaching and mentoring teams and the Agile Release Train (ART) in agile practices. * Must have experience facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes, focusing on aligning multiple teams within the ART to achieve portfolio-level objectives, and actively managing risks and dependencies for the ART and across ARTs. * Must have experience leading the adoption of lean practices, including the transition to a Scaled Framework. * Must have experience facilitating the adoption of practices and guiding division-level implementation for the ART/Value Stream. Top Skills Details * Agile * Release train * Scaled agile framework * Agile methodology * Agile release train Additional Skills & Qualifications * Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures, including Scaled Framework. * Excellent people and communication skills, including coaching as an influencer and not an authoritarian to multiple levels of the organization. * Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles. * Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship building, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills. * Experience in Azure DevOps (ADO) is preferred. * Life insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required. Experience Level Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $88.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
