We are currently seeking Entry-Level candidates who are eager to transition into the tech industry. No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training for low-voltage tech jobs in the Atlanta, GA area at no cost to you.
*FREE LOW-VOLTAGE BOOT CAMP* * *6 Weeks of hands-on Training (First week it is fully remote training and the remaining 5 weeks is are in-person training in our Atlanta location)* * *Mon to Fri 9 AM to 5 PM training* * *Access to Job opportunities after graduation and employers eager to hire from this boot camp.* *Criteria:* * *No Experience necessary* * *Commit to 6 weeks of training (At no cost to you!) * * *Must have a car* * *Must be comfortable completing an Employment Verification and Drug testing * Average hourly Rate our candidates make after graduation: $18/hr-$23/hr *You will learn in 6 Weeks (In person training in Atlanta) * * Construction Tools - Tools will be given & trained on how to use them * OSHA & NFPA Async - be certified * Fundamentals of Connectivity & Transmission Media * Introduction to Telecom * Real-time Low-Voltage Exercises *Description* This Per Scholas and TEKsystems training class will provide our graduates with the skills needed to enter into the Physical Security and Low Voltage industry. You can work in the Data Center environment - a fast-growing industry with hundreds of new data centers under construction across the country. You can join an alarm and life safety company learning to install new technology such as Intrusion alarms, IP Camera systems and Access Control systems. The Alarm and Life Safety industry provides opportunities for technicians to further develop their skills through hundreds of additional industry training curriculums and classes. Many employees of this industry go from field technicians to Project Managers, to Operations Managers and even to starting their own companies. *Skills* Installation, Install, Cable, Troubleshooting, Service, customer service oriented *Top Skills Details* Installation,Install, Cable *Additional Skills & Qualifications* This training class is open to anyone who is committed to continual learning opportunities. Hiring Managers are often impressed by the commitment it takes to complete a training class such as this. You will be licensed and certified to work in this industry and ready to take on a Level 1 technician role with many companies. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
