Located in our Columbia, MO plant, you will be a maintenance technician. As a maintenance technician, you will: Manage the installation and maintenance of our industrial equipment Be responsible for regular preventative maintenance on current machines Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns Be responsible for installation of new equipment About The Job Read and interpret blueprints Conduct routine preventative maintenance and safety checks Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns Servicing and maintaining equipment including motors, conveyors systems, and other production related equipment. Fabricating parts for repair and machine upgrades Installing new equipment Communicating with production team and maintain a clean work area Preparing and submitting maintenance reports Other duties as assigned About You wo-year technical degree (mechatronics curriculum preferred) or equivalent experience required Experience troubleshooting and repair or installation of industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems required Ability to use programmable logic controller systems (primarily Allen Bradley) such as RSLogix. Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints Experience with electrical and hydraulic test equipment Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel Ability to work overtime Be self-directed as well as have theability to work in a team atmosphere Must have regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. The employee must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime before & after regular hours & shifts, as well as on weekends.
