This position maintains the costed bill of materials for all North America bakeries and all manufactured products within the ERP and supporting systems and provides training and transactional support to bakery end-users.
Key Job Responsibilities:
*Maintain Oracle bill of materials module for all bakeries and all manufactured products to include: bakery level new product, formula maintenance; labor maintenance; run speed and scaling weight maintenance.
*Review Engineering Change Order (ECO) requests for accuracy, completeness and authorized approvals.
*Perform computations necessary to prepare bakery operating data for computer input.
*Interface with bakery and/or IT personnel to implement system set-up and trouble shoot set-up, Inventory / WIP transactional issues, and related bakery KPI calculations.
*Perform system configuration and data preparation supporting bakery operations (New Bakery - Org - Line - Resource set-ups).
*Ensure system synchronization of bill and router data.
*Perform work activities in a manner that achieves targeted service level agreements on Engineering Change Order (ECO) processing (e.g. turn-around times and accuracy).
*Maintain team User's Manuals and Training Manuals as assigned. Provide formal and informal training to field users.
*Support team members in related job functions on an ad-hoc basis.
*Lead or contribute to special project initiatives on an ad-hoc basis.
Key Behavioral Competencies:
*Strong analytical and technical skills, problem solving and attention to detail.
*Ability to work independently and participate as a team player in a cross-functional environment.
*Effective written and oral communication skills.
*Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and automated computer systems.
Education and Work History:
*3+ years accounting experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
*Bachelors Degree, Accounting / Finance / Business / Information Systems majors preferred, or equivalent work experience.
*ERP Manufacturing Module experience (Oracle or SAP) preferred.
