Job Description:

The IT Intern supports various assigned division and/or departmental projects on a temporary basis, typically lasting 6 to 12 weeks. Intern will be expected to travel and work some weekends to assist with a server refresh project at each division. Additional responsibilities and general administrative support to manager and/or department and duties may vary by division and/or department.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with installing and configuring Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and/or 2016
• Familiarity with installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining PCs running Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of networking and configuring hardware to connect to a network (PCs, printers, Thin Clients, etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and/or escalate the issue to a vendor for support
• Ability to multi--task and manage conflicting priorities
• Must be able to travel and work nights and weekends
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
