UMKC Police Department Job Description
The UMKC Police Department is accepting applications for a Police Officer. This position is responsible for enforcing university regulations and city and state laws as they apply on university property and designated areas. Typical duties include, but are not limited to:
Shift
Police Officers may be assigned to any of the three shifts (day, evening, or night). Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
30 college credit hours from accredited college or university OR 2 years federal active duty military service with an honorable discharge OR 2 years' experience as full-time Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) certified peace officer Anticipated Hiring Range
