This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: a Chief of Staff, this pivotal role is designed to streamline communication, manage strategic projects, and ensure the seamless execution of the executive's initiatives across the organization to ensure smooth execution of action items, task tracking, and follow-ups. This role will work closely with the Executive in meetings, capturing action points, assigning tasks, and ensuring accountability across stakeholders. The ideal candidate is someone the executive can rely on to track and drive tasks, a strong executor. Key Responsibilities:
Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with the ability to align business initiatives with broader goals. Help prepare agendas, prioritize meetings, and ensure the executive's time is optimized for maximum impact. Translate complex concepts and data into clear visuals and narrative for executive-level alignment. Attend meetings with execs and track all action items, ensuring proper follow-through. Distribute tasks to the appropriate individuals, ensuring they are clear on responsibilities and deadlines. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion of tasks and escalate any blockers. Keep Exec informed of all outstanding action items and ensure timely updates. Work closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure seamless coordination. Support research and preparation work when needed. Act as a task manager, ensuring seamless execution across projects. Attend meetings with key leaders, maintaining accountability on action items. Ability to work on-site in Belmont, CA, five days a week.
Qualifications: Experience:
Proven experience in operational, or project management role supporting senior leadership. Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities concurrently. Proficiency in project management and common business software tools.

Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable with a strong drive for results. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Strong business acumen. Preferred Experience:
Understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape for the communications industry. Prior experience working with senior executives in a Chief of Staff, or Project Management capacity. Familiarity with managing cross-functional team follow-ups and deadlines.

If you are hired in California and Denver, the compensation range for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
