This person will serve in more of an operational position, handling troubleshooting and maintenance of the networks. Client is moving from Extreme wireless to Meraki and moving from Watchguard to FTD. They should have a strong understanding of Cisco products. Skills Network engineering, Firewall, wireless, Cisco, Router, Cisco routers, Cisco switches, Bgp, Troubleshooting, Lan Additional Skills & Qualifications 5+ years experience supporting a global corporate network environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Efficient with collaboration applications such as MS Teams, WebEx, Zoom, etc. Experience and efficiency with documentation and associated applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. Experience using an IT ticketing system. Familiarity with ITIL service management concepts. Mid-level experience with network support to include the following: oWAN technologies including experience with telco circuit connectivity, BGP, DMVPN, and SDWAN concepts. oRouting and functionality of Cisco ISR platforms. oSwitching with Cisco Catalyst, Meraki, Nexus, and Extreme switch models. oWireless connectivity with Cisco Meraki and Extreme platforms. oFirewalls, including policy management and access troubleshooting on Cisco Firepower and Watchguard technologies. oDomain Name Service (DNS) / Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) oFamiliarity with identify services and TACACS. Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $53.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
