(plus case pay) Key Responsibilities: Select orders in warehouse environments with varying temperatures, including Dry, Cooler (32F), and Freezer (-6F). Locate and identify products by understanding the warehouse slotting system and matching physical items to pick labels. Properly label products and stack them on pallets following company guidelines, including weight distribution, allergen policies, and label visibility. Operate manual pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and forklifts to transport products safely and efficiently. Stage pallets in the correct dock locations for loading and shipment. Maintain and inspect assigned equipment, ensuring safe operation and compliance with safety standards. Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to warehouse inspection requirements. Qualified candidates will have one year of warehouse experience hand selecting orders in fluctuating temperatures. We have tons of perks!
