Direct-Hire Opportunity: Quality Administrative Assistant - Ensuring Accuracy, Enhancing Efficiency!

We have partnered with a leading manufacturing company seeking a Quality Administrative Assistant in Cameron, SC. Pay: $17 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Essential Functions:



  • Review quality inspection data for conformity to customer requirements.
  • Coordinate and administer calibration data and process certificates of calibration records.
  • Perform data entry tasks utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or database commands and format materials as required.
  • Organize the dispatch of finished goods certification paperwork and documentation in accordance with established procedures.
  • Coordinates with Quality Technicians to ensure dispatch paperwork is completed for shipments.
  • Provide Quality Assurance support to other office team members as required.

Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of data entry/administrative experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication, time management, teamwork, and computer (Microsoft Office-Excel, PowerPoint, etc) skills.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
