The Position Reporting to the Senior Director of Membership & Community, the Membership Manager will oversee membership operations in alignment with ASQ's global membership strategy. This role will primarily focus on driving member acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, ensuring a seamless and high-quality member experience that fosters positive retention rates. The Membership Manager will also manage a team of 1-3 direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure their team's success in meeting organizational and membership goals. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a membership organization, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong, meaningful relationships with members, volunteers, and key stakeholders. The salary range for this role is $ $65,000 - $81,000/year. Main Responsibilities

The Location ASQ is conveniently situated in downtown Milwaukee, immediately adjacent to major freeway exits and the robust downtown economy. The Avenue MKE and Riverwalk access provides our employees easy indoor and outdoor access to shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops. Our office space is in a historic building incorporating newly designed workstations, an option for sit/stand desks, and community and collaboration space. We also offer a hybrid work environment that offers staff the option of working from home up to 3 days per week.
