The salary range for this role, based in Texas is $55,040.00 to $68,800.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing TX's tour program including hiring, training, payroll & scheduling of all part-time tour guides for all public and private tours.
  • Manage TX's VIP membership program & all associated events and members.
  • Ensure consistent high levels of customer satisfaction through customer care, product & company knowledge.
  • Manage all incoming communications (both phone & email) in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Be the welcoming face that greets all guests, clients and customers that come to Whiskey Ranch
  • Keep detailed counts of guests to Whiskey Ranch and log visitor information to be used for later communication & synchronization with Brand team.
  • Give detailed full distillery tours to all guests & clients where needed.
  • Assist in Ranch Store as needed with sales, restock, etc.
  • Assist & respond to information email inquiries and give site visits to clients as needed by Brand Home Director.
  • Work with associated software to ensure all Whiskey Ranch tours & TX Experiences are built & booked, up to date, on-sale, and matching the information being pushed out on social media.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing & Brand home to manage all bottle/experience charitable donations including tracking, correspondence & delivery to clients.
  • Coordinate all custom bottle orders, purchases, engraving & communication including P.O.'s for vendors and scheduling for production with Operations team.
  • Work as main community contact, working closely with Visit Fort Worth, Downtown Fort Worth Hotel Association, the Stockyards, and other tourist & trade groups to drive increased guest counts & revenue to Whiskey Ranch.
  • Work closely with Marketing to be the 'face' of Whiskey Ranch in online marketing, voice work and community events.
  • Work all TX branded experiences as 'Manager on Duty' as needed including help with guest check-in, tour check-in, retail sales & client relations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of Hospitality experience required
  • High level of customer service experience.
  • Effective in problem solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Advanced computer & MS Office Suite skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
