ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist Users with their IT questions
2. Replace equipment as needed
3. Assist IT Specialist with PC Replacement and configurations
4. Assist the IT Department with IT functions
5. Performs bi-weekly maintenance on Servers.
6. Perform other assigned duties inside the IT department
7. Follows the Purpose and Values model at all times.
8. Regular scheduled attendance required.
9. Other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 1-year experience in Information Technology preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must register and maintain registration as a gaming employee in the State of Nevada pursuant to NRS 463.335.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English to guests and other employees. Ability to articulate effective correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and employees.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must be able to use Microsoft Office products or any other Information Tech platform associated with the job duties including knowledge of Windows based operating systems.

REASONING ABILITY
