Our partner is seeking a skilled and dedicated ATM Support Technician to join their Technology Service Desk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as performing routine maintenance and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities: * Provide first-level technical support for ATMs, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. * Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner. * Perform routine maintenance and preventive measures to ensure ATMs are functioning correctly. * Install, configure, and upgrade ATM hardware and software components. * Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary. * Maintain accurate records of service requests, incidents, and resolutions in the service desk system. * Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards. * Provide training and support to end-users on ATM operations and best practices. * Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
