The Sr. Manager On Premise Marketing translates and executes the national On Premise Marketing strategy at a region level, leading industry & consumer marketing initiatives while increasing PCC across all region sales/marketing owned or 3rd party events, winning more consumers to the category, ensuring Red Bull's positioning as a premium product in the market, and driving more cans in hands in the On Premise. This role is highly focused on increasing the relevance of Red Bull across all key occasions and segments of the On Premise, then converting that relevance into consumption. The Regional On Premise Marketing leader should have a vision for how the department contributes to consumer pull across Socializing & Party, Work, Study, Fitness, and Gaming - through experiential activations, trade tools, and industry marketing.The position is also responsible to directly manage the On Premise Marketing Mangager(s), train and enable field teams to activate at the highest standard, ensure increased availability / visibility across all segments, and activate Red Bull at the point of sale. The Sr. On Premise Marketing Manager is a key contributor to the annual On Premise and Marketing business plans, by identifying and defining insights which will lead to new, implementable activities, programs, and strategies as well as subsequently developing appropriate tools and tactics.
