Job Description

The Senior Manager, Brand Governance, will be part of the Brand Governance & Operations team within the Global Brand Management organization. This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of brand governance strategies, policies, processes, and the lifecycle management of brand policies, standards, and guidelines. It includes assisting in the development and implementation of risk management strategies, managing and monitoring risks, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. The Senior Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with brand standards and operationalize the brand and reputation risk framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of brand governance strategies, policies, standards, guidelines, and processes.

  • Define, implement, and manage processes and supporting platforms that operationalize the enterprise-wide brand and reputation risk framework, including facilitating risk assessments and quarterly executive reporting.

  • Support governance initiatives related to Global Brand, including internal audits, RCSAs, etc.

  • Support the lifecycle management of Brand Policies, Standards and Guidelines for PCAG, VIS, VPBS, Co-Marketing, etc., including launch, change control, and change management.

  • Support development of AE, Client and Partner collateral including VBN updates, case studies, guides, etc.

  • Conduct audits, develop compliance reports, and support enforcement efforts to drive adherence to brand standards.

  • Monitor and report on key governance metrics, providing insights to improve and ensure consistent brand implementation across all touchpoints.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

-8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

-5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.

-Strong understanding of brand governance and compliance.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strong ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and

regional teams.

-Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $149,900 to $195,000 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
