This job is responsible for owning all aspects of WellSky solution life cycles from inception to delivery. The scope of this job includes executing WellSky's solution strategy in order to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Solutions (Product) Manager to lead our AI initiatives within our Advisory and Outsourced Services team. This critical role will own WellSky's AI-powered solution offerings, driving all aspects of the solutions lifecycle from definition to ultimate delivery and client success. This position is integral to our success in delivering best-in-class, AI-enhanced solutions to our clients in the healthcare industry. You will be the champion for AI within this domain, collaborating closely with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, product management best practices, and the dynamics of the healthcare and outsourced services industry.

Job Description:

  • Engage with industry, market, and client stakeholders to understand dynamics and how to scope the solution roadmap and business development collateral to address market needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create the solution roadmap across the domain of responsibility in support of organizational goals and strategies.
  • Translate complex client requests and market feedback into a design and requirements across a functional domain with dependencies on other domains.
  • Ensure alignment and accountability of the solution across engineering, professional services, and client experience cross-functional organizations to ensure maximum adoption and reference-ability.
  • Set priorities for development efforts in a solution portfolio based on alignment with business goals, strategic direction, voice of the client, timelines, and client commitments.
  • Work with cross-functional groups to plan and execute the go-to-market plan.
  • Develop, support and communicate strategic direction, vision, and scope of capabilities for solution, market, or segment including third party partnership opportunities.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 8-12 years relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience specifically working with AI/ML technologies and products.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for innovation and the potential of AI to transform businesses, particularly within healthcare.

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
