A Digital Marketing Manager role is available at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE) based out of Woodinville, WA. The Digital Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for strategizing, building, and optimizing paid digital media campaigns across Meta, Google (SEM), other self-service media platforms, in addition to agency-supported media buys. This role supports national and regional 360 media campaigns for Ste. Michelle Wine Estates portfolio of Washington wineries. The Digital Marketing Manager will serve as a technical liaison between brand, web, and IT teams to implement web optimizations and landing page strategies to support media initiatives. Additionally, this position will also provide leadership and guidance to two social media managers.

This role requires a hybrid schedule with 2 to 3 days expected in office and will maintain a Monday through Friday work schedule, with flexibility required as dictated by the business.

Digital Marketing Manager job responsibilities include:



  • Ensure best practices and optimize creative, targeting, and media placement for campaigns
  • Implement A/B testing opportunities to gain learnings and insights
  • Collaborate with brand and DTC teams to understand business objectives to develop campaigns with the most optimal results
  • Develop, analyze, and maintain monthly reporting across all digital touchpoints (websites, social media, paid media, email marketing, etc) and include actionable insights
  • Research cutting edge digital media opportunities to support brand objectives
  • Support social media content strategy with thought leadership around trending content and supporting brand activations



Position Requirements:



  • BA in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a desk.
  • 10% travel requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital, e-commerce, and/or media experience in wine, CPG, or similar consumer products industry
  • 5+ years of experience in paid digital media experience including SEM, programmatic media buying, paid social, and retail e-commerce (4T)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of website best practices including UX/UI, SEO, e-commerce, etc
  • Experience with web analytic tools including GA4, heatmaps, etc.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience with developing reports and analyzing performance metrics
  • A tech savvy thinker who understands the nimbleness of digital marketing and moving quickly in an ever-evolving medium


Your Compensation:

$95,791-124,506/yr. based upon relevant experience.
