This newly created role offers the opportunity to architect, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation, leveraging Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and machine learning to drive efficiency and operational transformation. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI applications, acting as a technical consultant to bring the "art of the possible" to life. Your expertise in AI models, Python, SQL, and automation will be crucial in delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that seamlessly integrate into our ecosystem. Responsibilities
What You'll Do Solution Development - 65%
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation to enhance operations and elevate customer experiences, leveraging Python, machine learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Fine-tune and optimize AI models for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and platforms to enhance efficiency and functionality.
- Define best practices and coding standards for AI development, ensuring high-quality, maintainable solutions.
- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge AI tools, frameworks, and technologies to drive innovation and meet project needs.
- Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to align AI strategies with organizational goals and maximize impact.
Project Coordination & Business Analysis - 20%
- Define and drive AI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technological capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute AI projects, delivering high-quality results on time.
- Scope, plan, and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep AI initiatives on track.
- Monitor progress and adapt plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Champion AI adoption and collaboration across teams to drive innovation.
- Communicate AI strategies and updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Continuous Learning & Innovation - 15%
- Stay ahead of industry trends, researching advancements in AI, machine learning, and LLMs to drive innovation.
- Explore and evaluate new AI methodologies, tools, and techniques, leading proof-of-concepts and feasibility studies.
- Contribute to team-wide initiatives, including process improvements, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Share knowledge and insights, documenting challenges, solutions, and best practices to strengthen team expertise.
Qualifications
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science or related field; relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of education.
- 4+ years of experience in AI / machine learning engineering and / or process automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python coding, with a strong focus on AI applications.
- Experience with SQL for data manipulation and optimization.
- Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-driven automation.
- Advanced proficiency in Python data modeling and machine learning algorithms.
- Strong experience with version control systems (Git) for collaborative development.
- Advanced problem-solving abilities, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Experience working in Agile environments, adapting to fast-paced AI development cycles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Experience working with Snowflake / DBT, preferred but not required.
