Description & Requirements
Our contingent workforce is continuing to grow to meet the demands of exciting multi-national client project opportunities. This role will oversee the recruitment life cycle and support business operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client and vendor onboarding, billing, and a solid understanding of HR compliance requirements. As a key member of the Operations Team, you will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, bringing a strategic mindset to enhance financial and operational efficiency across all facets of the role. This position requires a hands-on approach, with the ability to streamline processes and drive business operations while fostering employee engagement.
How you will contribute:
  • Support the sourcing and resource management life cycle; candidate onboarding, offboarding and contractor management
  • Monitor the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) processes and work directly with HRIS to manage this technology platform
  • Work across operations, project teams and sourcing delivery to ensure accuracy of candidate reporting, timekeeping, payroll, and resource reporting
  • Provide functional design input and feedback on new technology platforms for business operations
  • Build process flow, standard operating procedures, and best-in-class reporting
  • Work with client engagement teams to collect feedback on the process and recommend enhancements to leadership
  • Oversee all timekeeping activities; ensure timely entry, project team approval, accurate integration with payroll and support client invoicing as needed
  • Liaise and collaborate with shared services and other teams to ensure compliance requirements and best practices

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5 years or more of operations experience in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven experience in third-party vendor management or contract management
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Proficient in using various applicant tracking systems, including iCIMS, Workday, and other leading ATS platforms
