Overview:

As a senior Systems Engineer, you'll lead the design and integration of complex systems, mentoring junior team members and ensuring that all technical components align with business and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Oversee the complete system development cycle-from initial concept to post-deployment maintenance.
Strategic Planning: Manage system integration projects, balancing technical requirements with cost, schedule, and quality considerations.
Mentorship: Guide and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
At least 7 years of professional experience in systems engineering.
Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of successful project management.
