Purpose

At Electrolux North America, we are on a journey to provide our consumers with a simply outstanding experience across through all consumer touchpoints where this role supports aftermarket experiences such as service and repair and consumer support.

We are now looking for a C&A Financial Analyst to support the Consumables & Accessories business as a part of the Consumer Direct Interaction organization within Electrolux NA. The C&A Financial Analyst will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, delivering successful business results and process improvements by providing fact-based, financial insights and analytical reporting to enable sound decision making across the C&A organization.

Responsibilities

As C&A Financial Analyst you will drive profitable growth of Aftermarket Consumables and Accessories by developing the necessary tools, processes and knowledge to successfully drive the financial controlling aspects of the business.
You will collaborate closely with C&A business leaders both locally and globally as well as the broader Customer Direct Interaction organization to drive Aftermarket key strategies and initiatives.

The key focus areas for the C&A Financial Analyst include Consumables & Filtration, Accessories, Installation Accessories and Small Domestic Appliances.

Your main tasks will be to:

Act as true business partner to Consumer Direct Interactions organization with participation in total finance function from daily analysis and setting short-term goals to building long-term strategies and challenging the way we do business in the C&A channel

  • Coordinate the implementation of standardize tools and reporting to facilitate analysis across verticals such as product line and business segment, including key performance indicators necessary to drive profitable growth
  • Management of monthly invoicing, accruals and account reconciliations to ensure proper revenue and administrative expense recognition
  • Evaluate & summarize full P&L for actuals and forecast, providing executive level commentary for major drivers of performance with proposed actions for deviations to plan
  • Owner of the financial planning processes for Consumables & Accessories business including monthly forecast, annual budget and strategic plan. Provide weekly snapshot of current month performance versus forecast with insights for corrective action as needed
  • Partnering with C&A management team on New Product Initiatives, and Key Product Reviews being a key contributor in building business cases for financial ROI & NPV review
  • Propose and evaluate actions that help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business investments, presenting them to Executive Leadership
  • Partner with CDI Leadership Team on SG&A cost controls, reporting and forecasting
  • Ad-hoc Reports and Presentations as needed by senior management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Management
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial or product line finance, financial modeling and forecasting or related experience
  • Experience with Power BI, MS SQL preferred
