Summary: The Executive Producer, Production & Development will lead the development, editorial oversight, and production of innovative science media for HHMI Tangled Bank Studios. This includes documentaries, series, podcasts, social media, and more, designed to engage broad audiences across major platforms such as broadcast, streaming, digital, and film festivals. As a senior team member, the Executive Producer will drive project development and production, working closely with the Head of Studio and collaborating with internal teams to oversee editorial direction, manage budgets and schedules, and maximize audience reach and impact. Additionally, they will provide editorial support to HHMI Communications and BioInteractive upon request. This role is based at our Chevy Chase, MD headquarters three days a week in person and work two days remotely. What we provide:

Compensation Range $195,580.80 (minimum) - $244,476.00 (midpoint) - $317,818.80 (maximum)Pay Type: AnnualHHMI's salary structure is developed based on relevant job market data. HHMI considers a candidate's education, previous experiences, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal consistency when making job offers.
