JOB OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES The District Account Manager position for Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing technical and account management programs. This role is responsible for implementing and maximizing the value of PROact while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, including digital transformation. Working closely with the Sales team, Business Development, and Operations Manager, the District Account Manager provides on-the-ground support for key initiatives such as Management of Change (MOC) projects, customer retention strategies, and account development. Additionally, the role involves mentoring and training sales teams, ensuring competency and alignment with best practices. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with strong leadership and relationship management skills. Although it does not include direct reports unless specifically agreed, the role demands close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of value-driven solutions. A high level of travel is required to support field activities including offshore, making adaptability and problem-solving essential competencies for success. What's in it For You:
