*PAY:* $27/hour *HOURS:* Monday to Friday Business hours (NO WEEKENDS) *HYBRID: *4 days onsite, 1 remote *REQUIREMENTS:* * Minimum 3+ years technical support experience in software, hardware, web-based solutions, or e-commerce platforms * Bachelor's Degree preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluency in multiple languages a plus) * Passion for helping people and solving problems * Proficient with Windows operating systems, mobile devices and cloud-based solutions *JOB DESCRIPTION: *Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to various products and software. Build and maintain subject matter expertise of all company products and solutions.
