Your responsibilities Job Summary The Key Account Manager - New Business Growth is the primary customer-facing commercial representative for thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services (SCS), responsible for driving strategic customer engagement, business development, profitable growth, and key account retention. This role not only represents the SCS business unit but also embodies the global thyssenkrupp brand, fostering strong relationships and positioning the company as a trusted logistics and supply chain partner. Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction, profitable growth, and the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
