Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Business Planning and Operations team is responsible for setting standards, developing foundational processes, and driving operational performance across the People Team. The Business Planning and Operations Manager role will support the execution of initiatives that drive engagement, efficiency and impact. The ideal candidate will possess a unique mix of operational excellence, analytical rigor, natural curiosity with strong program management and communication skills. Essential Functions:

Support the Business Planning and Operations team with wide-ranging initiatives including:

  • Process creation and improvement to ensure the team delivers on our priorities
  • Coordinate Business and Objective and Key Results (OKR) reviews
  • Manage and oversee our Talent Acquisition budget
  • Facilitate financial planning and headcount management activities with Finance, Workforce Planning and People Business Partners
  • Identify, manage and facilitate collaboration opportunities (Team calendar, In the Know Sessions, Community of Practices)
  • Create and collaborate on presentations for the team and leadership
  • Lead our Talent Acquisition strategic communication efforts over various business platforms
  • Support special projects from inception to execution with clear communication, outcomes, and responsibilities

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • 5-8 years professional experience, management consulting, Talent Acquisition or business operations experience, a plus
  • A team player and collaborator, who works well with a diverse group of individuals in a dynamic and matrixed environment (ex. Levels ranging from junior to executive)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience researching and making recommendations for programs based on best practices, data and analytics
  • Project or program management experience with demonstrated ability to multi-task, collaborate with different stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and remain detail-oriented
  • Keen eye for details, process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Self-starting, roll-up your sleeves, results oriented individual who is flexible and able to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced and at time ambiguous environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build credibility as a peer with partners
  • Ability to distill complex information into a compelling narrative, in a variety of formats (ex. presentations, talking points, executive summaries, etc.)
  • Strong communication abilities, both oral and written, including strong story-boarding abilities through PowerPoint
  • Advanced level of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required
  • Exceptional personal accountability, high ethical standards with the business maturity to deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 105,900 to 162,600 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
