Duties, Responsibilities & Other

    Candidate should have some experience in Wireless Construction
  • Tower background preferred.
  • Oversee crews performing Wireless cell site construction.
  • Must be safety driven, strong knowledge of closeout documents.
  • Ability to learn or is familiar with Pim and Sweep testing.
  • Candidate must demonstrate the ability to understand construction plans, specifications and procedures.
  • Candidate will be responsible for documentation of daily construction activities.
  • Candidate must demonstrate strong leader skills and possess the ability to manage and mentor subordinate staff.
  • Responsible for project scoping, permitting, materials, construction schedules, expenses, quality, safety and deployment.
  • Responsible for working with subcontractor teams in the field on scheduling and implementation.
  • Must be attend deployment calls, participate in sites walks and customer meetings. Develop correspondence and resolve conflicts.
  • Plan, direct, coordinate and budget all activities associated with the construction and maintenance.
  • Problem solving and analytics will be employed and shared with the team.
  • Mechanical aptitude is desired.
  • Quality control site construction work to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with construction standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Project tracking and closeouts.
  • Maintain internal and client databases, plus project trackers as required to support projects.
  • Provide guidance, best practices and lessons learned to the extended teams.
  • Ability to follow instructions, possess the ability to be trained, mentored and have a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel. Field work will be required. Position may require overnight travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • High School diploma or GED required.

Education and/or Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience with a high school diploma/GED or minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Ability to understand construction plans, specifications, and procedures.
  • Possess the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently.
  • Work effectively as a team member
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with various stakeholders.

Certificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to maintain required certifications.
