Job Summary

Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Business Transformation, the Integration Program Director serves in a dynamic role, combining the integration needs of Prisma Health, with our operational leaders throughout the organization. This person will serve as a lifecycle methodology expert for integration and standardization of processes. They will lead continuous improvement related to integration methodologies and best practices and oversee those improvements across the enterprise.

This team member is responsible for management and oversight of pre-integration planning and integration support for any new services, new strategic partnerships and system growth activities. Focusing on bringing synergies and standardization in the system, this team member will drive initiatives forward by utilizing project management skills. Responsible for facilitation and oversight of all related activities. The Program Director is responsible for developing standard best practices for the system, educating on those best practices, implementing and monitoring adherence.

This role is both strategic and tactical, with a major concentration on internal/partner communication, change management, engagement, and continuous opportunity identification for standardization across all of the Prisma Health enterprise. There is strong partnership and collaboration with operational and clinical leaders across all areas of business. This individual supports new program development to facilitate patient-centered innovation, integration, and optimization throughout the organization. The success fo this role relies on strong and collaborative relationships throughout Prisma Health. This team member must think both strategically and tactically to design and improve workflows, encouraging innovation and best practices at all times. He/she must constantly balance the needs of and impact on practitioners, team members, patients, and other stakeholders throughout the organization with the limitations of software as well as have the fortitude and insight to encourage vendors toward continuous improvement of the platforms used by Prisma Health. Ultimately, this team member serves as an advisor throughout all areas of the organization, ensuring proper guidance is provided in a collaborative manner with team members at all levels in the organization.

Essential Functions

  • Management and oversight of pre-acquisition activities, operational playbook creation and use, planning and integration support for all new partnerships and services.
  • Leads systemness and synergy initiatives including project management, facilitation and process oversight.
  • Develops joint venture KPI's and assists in the business development with new incoming partners, partnering closely with our legal team resources.
  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of executed business contracts as well as develops necessary reporting requirements and tools for executive leadership consumption.
  • Participates in strategic and operational planning to design and implement, evaluate future programmatic needs. Demonstrates visionary, innovative and creative thinking in organizational planning.
  • Oversees all integration initiatives, reporting frequently to senior leadership on overall project status, leads individual project teams and works closely to onboard new partners in this space.
  • Develops best practices and tools for new partnership management as well as develops and maintains associated onboarding/integration playbooks
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

  • This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education - master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or clinically relevant field required
  • Experience - 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Healthcare. 3+ years experience in operational integration activities, preferred.

  • Knowledge of office equipment (fax/copier)
  • Proficient computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, database)

  • Ability to manage mulitple high profile projects in a self guided manner
  • Must demonstrate ability to drive change in a collaborative manner
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate professionally with all levels of leadership in a concise, clear and timely manner
