The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is instrumental in delivering top-tier recruitment services to our hiring leaders, ensuring the acquisition of talent to support our infusion suites. This role involves a collaborative partnership with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor, and HR Business Partner to comprehend staffing requirements and craft a comprehensive recruitment strategy. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the HR Business Partner with administrative functions, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication. By executing a well-rounded approach, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator aims to secure quality candidates who align with our organizational goals and culture. Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to seamlessly manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from initial client intake meetings to candidate onboarding, ensuring an efficient and organized workflow. Partnership Building: Leverage ATS analytics to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, TA leaders, and HR business partners, accurately identifying staffing needs and refining recruitment strategies based on data-driven insights. Job Postings and Sourcing: Strategically develop and manage job postings across various job boards and platforms via the ATS, ensuring maximum visibility and reach. Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including outbound efforts, leveraging professional networks, and engaging with passive candidates to maintain a robust candidate pool. Passive Candidate Searches: Employ advanced ATS search functionalities and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage passive candidates, expanding the talent pipeline with high-quality prospects who are not actively seeking new opportunities. Candidate Engagement: Use the ATS to engage past applicants and prospects, fostering relationships with community and professional partnerships to build a strong and dynamic talent pipeline. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes using ATS tools to assess candidate qualifications and fit, ensuring a consistent and unbiased evaluation. Candidate Presentation: Efficiently present qualified candidates to hiring managers through ATS dashboards, providing insights and recommendations to facilitate informed decision-making. Strategy Development: Continually develop, implement, and refine recruitment strategies utilizing ATS data and reporting capabilities to ensure the delivery of top talent, aligning with organizational objectives and enhancing overall recruitment outcomes. New Hire Processing: Ensure required onboarding documentation is received, verify documentation is complete and complies with company standards, process new hire into HCM system and provide notification to support teams, complete initial set up of personnel file, track progression throughout the hire process. Administrative Support: Utilize HCM system and other data resources to create and disseminate recurring reports and ad-hoc data requests, maintain nurse information in external database, facilitate new hire sign-on and referral bonus programs. Additional Knowledge & Skills:
Proven experience in a full-cycle recruiting role, ideally within a healthcare or similar industry. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and technologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with various sourcing techniques and platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrates adaptability by managing changing priorities, embracing new challenges, and thriving in a dynamic work environment to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
