Power Platforms Developer (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Location: Kansas City Missouri or Quantico MCB Virginia

Overview:

We are seeking a Power Platforms Developer to do the following:

Support US Marine Corps (USMC) enterprise SharePoint operations
• Enable USMC world-wide customers to execute critical missions via collaboration

What you will do:

As a Power Platforms Developer you will support USMC customers world-wide to enable warfighter operations via Power Platforms and SharePoint Online (SPO) capabilities.

• Team member in executing development work supporting the USMC enterprise SPO capabilities by creating Power Platform Apps and Capabilities.
• Responsible for development of Power Platform/SPO capabilities supporting the cybersecurity and operations of the SPO environment.
• Support customer communication for development efforts and cooperatively works with all other developers on operation, security and sustainability of the environment.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure successful integration and cybersecurity
• Responsible for the design, development, deployment, maintenance, configuration, and sustainment of the PowerPlatforms applications and systems.
• Support resolution of issues including investigation and diagnosis, workaround enactment, root cause analysis and resolution for all incidents and problems.
• Duties include development using organic Power Platform and M365/SharePoint Online capabilities including associated and supporting infrastructure including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI (to include associated Power Platform components such as DataVerse).
• Support USMC Enterprise App Store and App Catalog for SharePoint Framework Toolchain (SPFx) solutions, PnP Powershell, HTML, Visual Studio, Java Script internal and external to the enterprise.
• Support cybersecurity requirements including those needed to obtain approval to operate and authorization to use Power Platforms development platforms and developed capabilities.

• BS +8 years, MS 6+, Phd 4+ will consider HS+12 years
• Active/Current DoD SECRET Clearance, Must be US Citizen
• IAT II Certification
• Demonstrated experience and ability to use organic Power Platform/M365/SPO capabilities focused on associated and supporting infrastructure including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI (to include associated Power Platform components such as DataVerse).
• Demonstrated experience and ability to develop Power Platforms/SPO capabilities using SharePoint Framework Toolchain (SPFx) solutions, PnP Powershell, HTML, Visual Studio, Java Script .
• Experience with customer requriements gathering and management.
• Experience operating in an Agile Project Management framework and using ITSM tool for managing (Remedy)
• Specific knowledge and senior-level experience with PowerPlatforms/SPO Enterprise configuration and management,
• Senior-level knowledge and experience developing capabilities for via Power Platforms and for SharePoint online environment.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer communication for development efforts and cooperatively works with all other developers on operation, security and sustainability of the environment.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of secure development practices, and DOD STIG and application security practices and requirements.
