Position SummaryAs the Director of Internal Communications at Light & Wonder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the internal communication strategy to foster alignment across all levels of the organization and contribute to a cohesive and engaged workforce. You will be responsible for developing and implementing communication plans that align with the company's vision, objectives, and culture, helping to ensure employees are informed, motivated, and connected. You will oversee communication content creation, collaborate with the broader Communications team and department leadership, and establish effective feedback mechanisms. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of communication efforts and making necessary improvements to communications strategies and practices as needed to best support the organization and staff.
