Nokia of America Corporation, Technical Manager (Multiple Positions) Murray Hill, NJ. Salary Range: $185,635 - $232,700 per year WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) Nokia of America Corporation, Technical Manager (Multiple Positions) Murray Hill, NJ.Define 5G online charging product architecture, feature set, and deployment model and support. Work with geographically located Nokia R&D (Research and Development) teams to assist with customer deliverables. Work with customers on day-to-day basis for technical clarifications, explaining product design and architecture, deciding on feature priority and R&D delivery management. Provide support for customer deployment accessing the customer's network (NSA approved role). Work as part of the development team to drive the product through the different phases of the development process. Work with Product Owners to define use cases and test cases for features. Work with developers to implement the features using cloud native design principles. Create automated test cases using Robot for testing features. Support the software upgrades for new releases of Nokia Converged Charging (NCC) software. Support customer acceptance tests and stage development configurations. Support issues related to installation, integration, and migration activities. #LI-DNI JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or a related field, and 9 years of experience (of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive). Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: Java programming language, 5G telecom protocol, NoSQL DB, and Kubernetes deployment; and Containers, micro services, and Kubernetes. Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience with the following: Charging telecom domain, use cases, and networking standards; Network Functions Virtualization (NFV)/ETSI model; Scripting using Shell or Python; Utilizing DevOps tools including IDE, Git, Gerrit, or Jira; R&D Experience using Agile methodologies and practices; Utilizing configuration tools including Ansible; and, Linux commands. Domestic travel required up to 10%. International travel required up to 5%. Telecommuting may be permitted up to 100% anywhere in the US.
