Salary Range: $41,000.00 - $69,500.00

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, education, skills, and experience as well as market demands. These factors impact the salary/wage offered.

Purpose of Position

The Commercial Sales Consultant position is an entry-level role designed to drive new business to the Frasca organization. As a representative of inside sales, a Commercial Sales Consultant enjoys the challenge of being the first point of contact for prospective Frasca/FlightSafety customers. The core functions of this role include lead generation, prospecting, representing FlightSafety at industry events, and market research to support accurate data tracking.

Tasks and Responsibilities

* Initiate the sales process for all inbound leads captured via general or web inquiry
* Prospect through a variety of techniques including market research, referrals, marketing campaigns, networking, representing FlightSafety at industry events, and outbound calling
* Generate leads via proactive and interactive communications and working with prospects to identify their equipment or service needs and establishing an opportunity for solution
* Partner with Commercial Sales team to move prospective customers through the sales cycle
* Establish a comprehensive assessment by asking customers questions that uncover challenges for the prospect and ultimately represent their needs
* Partner with internal, cross-functional teams, such as Engineering, Production and other sales teams to understand FlightSafety operations and provide the most suitable solution choices for customer/client requirements
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales interactions and opportunities within Salesforce
* Monitor and document aircraft sales and market information within the global market through effective use of tracking tools and research
* Meet the positions specific targets and metrics, and enable the Commercial Sales to meet individual and team goals.

Minimum Education

* Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications or related field

Minimum Experience

* 1-3 years of relevant experience
* Prior experience in sales or customer service roles
* Familiarity with aircraft operation and/or technology environment
* Bi-lingual communications a plus

* Ability to build flexible and effective relationships both inside and outside a matrixed organization to improve efficiencies and provide an exceptional customer experience
* Ownership to not only see a task to its completion, but to follow up on ones that start with you and may be passed to another person to complete
* Enjoys working in a collaborative environment to achieve goals and objectives
* Adaptable to change
* Flexibility in working schedule and responsive support to customer needs or changes
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite or related software, in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Strong ability to work unsupervised and collaborate as situations require
