Salaried Grade 3 (non-exempt) $54,300 - $60,400, depending on experience and qualifications. The base salary range represents the starting and expected pay for this position. Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance. Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (other hours as needed) Onsite Location 10260 McKee Road, Collegedale TN 37315 Job Summary McKee Foods Corporation is seeking an IT Asset Technician to join the IT Asset team. As an IT Asset Technician, you'll play a key role in the deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT assets while providing onsite support in a rapidly evolving end-user device environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn new technologies, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and help drive efficient IT asset operations. Responsibilities will include: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals Perform software installations, updates, and license compliance checks Provide on-site support and triage technical issues for end users Assist with hardware diagnostics, repairs, and replacements Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, ensuring proper tracking and documentation Participate in corporate standardization efforts to optimize support efficiency and reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Assist with vendor coordination for repairs, warranties, and asset procurement Support Windows OS (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016) and mobile operating systems Provide basic network troubleshooting and assist with switch/router support Work with virtualization technologies such as VMware Track and research technical issues to identify root causes and prevent recurrence Assist with IT asset audits, compliance reporting, and lifecycle management strategies Contribute to IT projects that enhance operational efficiency and security Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent 1+ years of experience in IT hardware repair, software installation, and troubleshooting Experience supporting Windows OS (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016), Microsoft Office Suite, and mobile devices Ability to assemble, diagnose, and repair computer systems and peripherals Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills Effective customer service experience with professionalism, initiative, and assertiveness Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and developing new skills quickly Willingness to travel up to 5% Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree or 2+ years of IT experience Help Desk or Desktop Support experience Familiarity with IT asset tracking tools Experience with Linux, macOS, networking, VMware, or system administration Basic knowledge of project management principles Benefits Competitive weekly pay Profit-sharing cash bonus program 401(k) with matching contributions 25 days Paid Time Off (for vacation, holidays, sick time, personal time, etc.) Medical insurance, including health, dental, vision and prescription drug plan Supplemental plans, including life insurance Fully-paid parental leave Health Center and Pharmacy Tuition reimbursement Credit Union Exercise and recreation facility Wellness programs with incentives Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Short-term and long-term disability benefits (company-paid) We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
