Responsibilities

The Insight & Interactions Hub (IIH) Solutions is seeking highly motivated and talented Software Engineers to join our Insights Nexus Graph team. IIH provides an exciting environment where you can contribute to delivering exceptional solutions by leveraging customer interaction data across multiple channels. In this role, you will address significant business challenges by optimizing current solutions and enabling future innovations using cutting-edge technologies.

As a software engineer, you will work alongside data engineers to develop and enhance data ingestion, ETL, and consumption solutions.

The Insights Nexus Graph team utilizes the Neo4J Graph database, implementing data models to illustrate the relationships between customers and their digital journeys.

To succeed in this position, you should have a solid understanding of software and data (strongly preferred), as well as practical knowledge of infrastructure enablement. Experience with AWS is essential, and familiarity with technologies such as Glue, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, Redshift, and S3 etc. will be advantageous.



Qualifications

  • Proficient in Java or Python programming, with experience in using these languages for data processing, analysis, and manipulation.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure enablement, including AWS services (e.g., IAM, Glue, Redshift, S3, AWS API Gateway), to design and implement robust, scalable infrastructure solutions that ensure optimal performance and reliability in data processing and analytics.
  • Working experience with CI/CD and DevOps concepts.
  • Ability to manage high-priority projects across various product teams, demonstrating flexibility and agility in addressing organizational needs.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Experience with Graph DB to support enterprise-wide decision-making and extract meaningful insights from complex datasets is preferred.
