What You'll Be Doing:
- Identify and attract top talent through a variety of sourcing techniques, including cold calling, strategic Boolean searches, networking, social media, and other platforms and methods
- Partner closely with the business to understand long-term staffing needs and develop strategies to meet these needs
- Define, steward, and market our employer value proposition and look for opportunities to partner with local communities to share our story
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates
- Creating innovative and inclusive sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse pool of candidates
- Delivering exceptional candidate care
- Maintaining database of candidate contact information and interest
- Developing and executing college recruiting strategies for assigned geographies
- Building and maintaining digital and social media recruitment marketing campaigns
- Developing and nurturing strong network of contacts and diverse candidate pipelines
- Conduct market research for assigned verticals and geographies
- Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within our guidelines
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of talent sourcing and/or full cycle recruiting experience
- Must be adept with the use of social media platforms and applicant tracking systems (experience with Jobvite or SuccessFactors is a plus)
- Previous experience in a staffing agency or executive/administrative recruiting firm is preferred, although not required
- Ideal candidates will be extremely detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships, both within and outside of the organization.
- Highly creative individual who is able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at a time while maintaining the strictest confidentiality.
- Must be able to lift and carry 20lbs. and travel up to 10% of the time
