We're looking to add to our team! As aSenior Supply Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for the balancing of inventory and incoming supply with demand to improve and maintain the delivery performance and inventory turns. You will provide input to the Supply Chain Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, and new products including product life-cycle changes, and product end-of-life.The position is based in Milwaukee, WI.

Within this role, you will also:

  • Lead the finished good supply planning 2-3-year horizon, influencing or evaluating production, capacity, inventory, labor, and other production drivers with the goal of meeting customer expectations of on-time delivery while achieving inventory/cost objectives.

  • Be a key interface with suppliers overseas and US distribution to effectively and efficiently manage flow of supply, including coordinating and improving scheduling at the machine/process level.

  • Drive continuous improvement efforts of the planning process and production flow through process knowledge and data driven analysis

  • Be actively involved in communicating with a variety of departments including production, purchasing, sales, marketing, engineering, finance, distribution, and Leadership teams

You'll beDISRUPTIVEthrough these duties and responsibilities:

  • Long-term and mid-term capacity planning and executing the supply portion of the monthly S&OP process. Develop and maintain production and inventory transfer plans for items.

  • Place/manage orders to coincide with supply plans from production facilities and US distribution center.

  • Manage adjustments to plans as necessary, including changes to PO's, schedules, standard costing, etc. within the ERP system.

  • Inventory planning and strategy development, such as target levels and promotional builds, etc.

  • Communication of risks related to inventory and supply plans in terms of lead time and capacity constraints for products to key cross-functional leaders

  • Reach agreement with sales and marketing on acceptable/equitable quantities and timing

  • Develop complete analysis/timeline related to supply and demand for new product launches, product end of life, product transitions, and products transferring production location.

  • Maintain metrics/scorecards on KPI's, including fill rates, inventory turns, E&O inventory, and production schedule adherence.

  • Other duties/continuous improvement projects as assigned

TheTOOLSyou'll bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business or related Technical field

  • Understanding of Supply Chain planning tools, software, and ERP systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to influence and drive decision making with cross functional stakeholders

  • 3+ years' experience working within an S&OP cadence

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
