WGL - Director Benefits & Wellness As our Director of Benefits & Wellness, you'll lead the US and Canadian benefits teams and drive the analysis, design, compliance, and administration of our employee benefit plans and programs. Reporting directly to our Head of Total Rewards, you'll be based in our Springfield, Virginia office. Plus, you'll enjoy the flexibility of our hybrid work program, spending 2-3 days a week in the office and the rest wherever you work best.
