*Support governance meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting decisions and action items.
*Track compliance with governance policies, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions. *Assist in planning and executing Workday-related projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. *Gather and analyze project data to track progress, identify risks, and support reporting. *Prepare status reports and dashboards for leadership. *Assist in developing communication plans and materials for governance updates, new features, and platform changes. *Help coordinate training sessions and maintain training materials related to ERP solutions. *Contribute to internal newsletters and stakeholder engagement efforts. *Identify opportunities to optimize governance processes and enhance efficiency. *Support continuous improvement initiatives within Workday governance.
