This role will include but not limited to, preparation of customer agendas, gift bags, nametags, packets and inventory management. Customer room set-ups. Small projects, reporting for sales management, connection with our driver program and billing for numerous things. Technology trouble shooting and overall customer experience preparation and support of the Client Experience team as needed. Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications: This role is year-round. Expected work hours are 20-25 per week, on-site (Grand Rapids) during the school year. We will consider your schedule, but you must be available ALL mornings 7:30am - 12pm Monday-Thursday and all day on Fridays. Hours are full-time (40 hours) during the summer.
Steelcase will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role. Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. What You Will Be Doing: Your goal in this position is to support the Client Experience initiative to create a positive customer experience. How will you meet this goal? * Prepare customer agendas and packets. * Create collateral to support customer visits including gift bags and name tags. * You will support the process of inventory management and room set-ups. * You will assist in running reports for sales management. * You will help troubleshoot technology used in customer spaces. * If you enjoy being active on the job, this role is for you!
