*Description*
This person would: * Take the lead on conference room support for all upper floors, handling the first response to relevant tickets in the team's queue. * Serve as backup coverage for existing team members during their PTO. * Provide additional hands during high-demand periods such as board meetings, broadcast days, and other special events. * Need be warm and friendly, posses a high EQ, ability to quickly "read the room" - especially when supporting executives, have a high sense of urgency, do whatever it takes to make the user experience exceptional (within reason) type of mindset. Quickly be able to catch on to company politics, build strong relationships and trust with key players/decision makers etc. Discretion is important. Our team is trusted with a lot of confidential/sensitive information. * Provide support the new conference center at Corporate Woods (timeline TBD) and Plaza East (opening in June) as needs evolve. * Ideally would be proficient in the M365 suite, especially Outlook (we manage the calendars and approvals for dozens of conference rooms) and Teams (all virtual meetings and broadcasts use this platform, plus we have many "Teams enabled" conference rooms on site with Teams hardware). Familiarity with Microsoft Surface hubs, Flex units/crestrons, and room schedulers is a bonus. *Skills* TEAMS, Outlook, Microsoft Hubs, Conference rooms, Technology baclground *Top Skills Details* TEAMS,Outlook,Microsoft Hubs,Conference rooms *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Emphasis on being polished and discretion. This person will be supporting executives with a technical team backing them to escalate. Thy need to have a high degree of white glove support. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
