Responsible for utilizing company-issued vehicles to drive passengers between locations.
Creates and follows transport schedules based on passengers' needs.
Arrives at collection points prior to departure times.
Confirms that all passengers are present, and records no-shows.
Ensures adherence to passenger limits, both seated and standing.
Avoids high-traffic and accident-prone routes, where possible.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Massachusetts Class B Commercial Drivers License - Massachusetts Department of Transportation Registry of Motor Vehicles preferred Personal Drivers License MGH Security RMV Check/Registry of Motor Vehicles Driving Report

Patient Transportation Experience 2+ years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Outstanding knowledge of applicable transport and safety codes.
- Excellent route planning abilities.
- Great improvisational skills.
- Working knowledge of pertinent car maintenance and restoration techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills.
