Could you be the full-time Warehouse Associate we're looking for?

Your future role

Embrace an exciting opportunity to support our operations by ensuring efficient handling of materials. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and work alongside a team of dedicated colleagues. Your responsibilities will revolve around managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.

We will look to you for:

• Accepting and inspecting materials from carriers, confirming the completeness of shipments, and checking for damage.
• Preparing and packaging materials for transport, along with necessary documentation for the company and carriers.
• Accurately initiating and completing all required paperwork.
• Maintaining organized storage facilities, including racks, shelves, and bins, to enhance efficiency.
• Operating forklifts, pallet movers, and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Using company vehicles for the pickup and delivery of parts and materials.
• Conducting periodic stock counts and adjusting inventory as necessary.
• Issuing and crediting parts and tools, ensuring proper documentation for transactions.
• Entering stock information into the Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS).
• Demonstrating flexibility by working variable hours and shifts as required.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements:

• Mandatory: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of computer experience.
  • Must possess a valid New York State driver's license.
  
  
  
  
• Desirable:
  
  
  
  • 3 years of industrial stores experience with working knowledge of inventory control.
  
  
  
  

Competencies & Skills:

• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Applications (MAXIMO, SCADA preferred).
