About the Position: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Compensation will be responsible for establishing and leading the Compensation function within our organization, partnering closely with the head of Total Rewards, HR Technology & Operations, as well as other key stakeholders to develop a competitive compensation program and an equitable pay structure that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent. This individual will be a strategic partner to the HR organization and business leaders across NETSCOUTS global organization, providing expert guidance on all aspects of compensation.
