Staffmark is hiring a Credit Specialist in Santa Fe Springs, CA, for an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company. Pay: $25-29 per hour Shift: 1st shift, Monday through Friday Responsibilities: Monitor large corporate accounts by creating weekly statements to keep customers informed of open invoices Collaborate with EDI processors to ensure all invoices are delivered and remain open on our end Reconcile discrepancies and resolve issues with customer accounts Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone Update customer account records in the system and ensure tax rates are correctly applied Work with Customer Service and Warehouses to address and resolve customer complaints Send monthly statements to all customers Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable, including cash application and daily invoicing Assist with preparing checks received for cash application Set up new customers with management approval Experience: Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Collections experience required Our partner company can provide you with the vital benefits that you deserve.
