Description

    Assisting in the planning and administration of operational requirements such as schedules, budgets, facilities, and staffing for programs
  • Ensuring overall quality and productivity are maintained within the program
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues
  • Providing information to evaluate program performance for adherence to established requirements
  • Monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
  • Providing information for the plan development including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for major portions of a program
  • Providing assistance to meet schedules or resolve complex customer requirements
  • Performing in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans
  • Preparing, planning, and reporting program activity

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and three years of work-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive, self-starter
  • Able to provide data for the determination, negotiation, implementation, and administration of operational requirements for a project or program
  • Able to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are maintained
  • Able to conduct activities with the customer, functional organizations, vendors, and subcontractors

Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL



Travel Requirements

  • Travel 8-12 times per year; up to 5 days per trip
