POSITION SPECIFICS The Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Educational Program Coordinator to provide support to a newly created Nurse Anesthesia Program, which is shared with the College of Medicine at the Hershey Campus. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and training to our nurse anesthesia students, preparing them to excel in their professional careers. The Nurse Anesthesia Education Program Coordinator facilitates the administration of the Nurse Anesthesia Program by assisting the Director and Assistant Director of the Nurse Anesthesia Program with day-to-day operations. You will assist with administering the program and its evaluation, meeting and event coordination, financial transactions, and travel arrangements. You will also provide key support with instructor recruitment, student and course management, and Council on Accreditation (COA) accreditation materials and submissions. The Education Program Coordinator will work both independently and collaboratively, utilizing organizational and multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize, to complete this position's responsibilities, which include but are not limited to: Program Support

The Educational Program Coordinator will work onsite at Penn State's College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Qualifications: Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. It is preferred that candidates have knowledge of any of the following or similar systems:

MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS If filled as Education Program Coordinator - Senior Support, this position requires: Associate Degree 4+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: None If filled as Education Program Coordinator - Intermediate Support, this position requires: General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS) 2+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: NoneApplication Instructions: Interested applicants must submit a cover letter of interest and a resume for consideration.
