Overview of Function: There is a need to bring on a Logistics Coordinator to our team based in RTP. This role is 100% onsite in RTP What You'll Do: As a Logistics Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of transactional projects by focusing on logistics and coordination. In this role you will: *Establish governance around transactional project engagements to ensure compliance and efficiency. *Coordinate across multiple teams to align resources, timelines, equipment, scope of work, and costs. *Maintain accurate and up-to-date status of each project in the relevant reporting tools. *Plan and optimize logistics related to transactional projects, including scheduling, travel oversight, resource lead times, and decision-making hierarchy. *Coordinate equipment shipments and returns to meet project timelines. *Schedule and coordinate engineers and site surveyors to align with project timelines and deliverables. *Identify risks and issues, developing response and mitigation strategies. *Support the execution of contract change-management processes. Who You Are: Required skills: *Business related or technical BA/BS degree or equivalent experience *2+ years of experience in a Logistics or Project Coordination role *Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) *Experience working in a multi-functional, collaborative environment *Experience with project management platforms and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (including Project), Smartsheet, JIRA, Oracle Projects, Salesforce, and Tableau *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
